Return or exchange will be accepted if they’re unworn or unaltered and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty information within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges can only be done due to product defects, and customer must call to inform us imediate after receiving the item on the same day the item arrived. Your return items must be mailed to the store. You can’t return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered items, or any personalized engraved merchandises.
